A service bulletin is a document on the basis of which they change/repairs the design of a hot air balloon and its main components that are in operation, repair or storage, and (or) change the operational documentation for them.
Service Bulletins the form [AT104/EU‑SB‑RUSBAL] are issued by the SPE «RUSBAL» LLC for:
- Ø Design changes, including their accomplishment instructions;
- Ø Repair changes, including their accomplishment instructions;
- Ø Additional information to improve maintenance performance, including inspections, for example, further to an EASA Airworthiness Directive;
- Ø Balloon Flight Manual supplements covering its standalone changes.
